Ocean Jasper, Idocrase and Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace

Ocean Jasper and Idocrase Sterling Silver Necklace. Ocean Jasper is one of my favorite stones, and this one has been in my cabochon collection for quite a while. It was just waiting biding its time until the Idocrase came to join it.

The gorgeous Ocean Jasper is hued with white, ivory, pink, salmon, orange, greens of all shades, and marbled with a touch of gray. The orbs and circles present in the stone sends one to think of sunsets over the oceans surface. The idocrase is such a lovely shade of green, while a solid solor in photo's, ist actually has some lighter green banding within. The idocrase is the perfect calm to the jasper's exuberant storm.

The Ocean Jasper meaures 43mm x 22mm, and is surrounded with a fine silver bazel, and set on a sterling silver backplate. The Idocrase meaures 28mm x 18mm, and is surrounded with a fine silver bazel, and is also set on a sterling silver backplate. The two set cabochons are soldered to 8 gauge sterling silver square wire with runs the length of the piece and ends in self-bail. The pendant measures 4 1/8" long and 1 3/16" wide.

The pendant is suspended from a 2mm - 18" sterling silver snake chain which closes with a heavy duty sterling silver lobster claw clasp. (Other chain lengths available - contact me with any questions.)
